Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, tech, and manufacturing
- Build and maintain robust relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure successful placements
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to match talent with organizational needs
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and niche job boards to identify passive candidates
- Collaborate with sales team to understand client requirements and staffing demands
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize strategies for weekly fill rates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or agency recruitment experience
- Proven track record of high-volume placements in Colorado Springs market
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms
- Strong knowledge of local labor market and industry trends
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
