Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media.
- Conducting phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline for future openings.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand project requirements and job specifications.
- Managing the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintaining accurate candidate data.
- Providing exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet weekly sales targets.
