Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for temporary and permanent positions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and talent availability
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social platforms for talent acquisition
- Collaborate with account managers to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation in compliance with regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or staffing experience
- Proven track record of meeting placement KPIs and sales targets
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Strong knowledge of Ohio labor laws and compliance requirements
