Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary-to-hire and direct-hire roles across Baltimore's key industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and client companies
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, interviews, negotiations, and onboarding
- Utilize ATS systems and recruitment tools to track candidate pipelines and metrics
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools and industry trends
- Collaborate with sales team to meet client staffing needs and retention goals
- Maintain accurate candidate and client records in our CRM system
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience required
- Proven track record of placing candidates in Baltimore's competitive market
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Bullhorn)
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage high-volume requisitions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
