Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place top-tier candidates for high-profile NYC clients
- Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers across diverse industries
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: from job requisition to onboarding
- Leverage our proprietary ATS to track metrics and optimize conversion rates
- Conduct innovative candidate outreach via LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and referrals
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to develop market-specific strategies
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through exceptional communication
- Train and mentor junior recruitment staff
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing/recruitment experience in NYC market
- Proven track record of placing 15+ candidates monthly
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment across tech, finance, or healthcare
- Advanced knowledge of applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
- Strong network of NYC professionals and hiring contacts
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, commission-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
