Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking).
- Build and maintain a pipeline of talent for key client accounts.
- Conduct effective outreach and relationship building with potential clients.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategic recruiting initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
