Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough phone screenings of potential candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for open requisitions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate relationships through every stage of the recruitment lifecycle using our CRM.
- Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have necessary resources and paperwork.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and provide effective staffing solutions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and succeed in a high-paced environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
