- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for various open positions.
- Manage candidate relationships through the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Utilize social media and job boards to attract top talent.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific staffing needs.
- Update and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) accurately.
