Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive sourcing of candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Screen and interview applicants to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate pipelines and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) accurately.
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and client accounts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Communications is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a desire to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
