Responsibilities
- Execute a strategic sales plan to drive new business growth within the staffing and recruitment sector.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and cold calling to closing deals and onboarding new accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client companies.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to match client needs with the best available talent.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Utilize CRM software to track interactions, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or recruitment services.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Familiarity with staffing industry trends, labor laws, and workforce solutions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Valid driverβs license and reliable transportation.
