Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive research to identify potential candidates and clients within the tech sector.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent for our open requisitions.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Update candidate and client databases accurately using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new recruiting technologies.
