Responsibilities
- Conduct active sourcing and networking to identify qualified candidates for various open positions.
- Perform comprehensive phone screens and in-person interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and hiring managers in the DC area.
- Manage the end-to-end placement process, including offer negotiation and onboarding support.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate pipelines and ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting goals.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during peak seasons.
