Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for diverse industry positions including manufacturing, healthcare, and IT
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure successful placements
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools and industry trends
- Collaborate with sales team to understand client needs and position candidates effectively
- Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of staffing or recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement metrics
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Knowledge of local Wichita job market and key industries
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team
