Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for client placements.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive job seekers through various sourcing channels.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure the best fit for both client and candidate needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and job specifications.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and salary benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a "hunter" mentality.
- Ability to work independently and meet aggressive sales and placement targets.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Las Vegas area.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus.
