Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary, contract, and permanent roles across diverse industries
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments to ensure cultural fit
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle including job postings, sourcing, negotiations, and onboarding
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms for talent discovery
- Drive client satisfaction through exceptional communication and follow-up
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic staffing solutions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment and candidate sourcing
- Strong proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
