Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent staffing needs in Mesa's tech, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through strategic networking and digital recruitment campaigns
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skills assessments to ensure perfect candidate-employer matches
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including offer negotiations and onboarding support
- Collaborate with clients to understand hiring requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies
- Leverage ATS systems and data analytics to optimize recruitment efficiency and success rates
- Maintain 95% candidate satisfaction metrics through exceptional communication and follow-up
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in staffing agency environment
- Proven track record of placing technical, healthcare, or manufacturing professionals
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn) with data-driven recruitment approach
- Valid Arizona Staffing Agency License (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Exceptional negotiation skills with demonstrated offer conversion rate above 80%
- Ability to manage high-volume urgent hiring with strict deadline compliance
- Strong local Mesa network preferred with established client relationships
