Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across healthcare, tech, and logistics sectors
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with hiring managers and department heads
- Execute full-cycle recruitment from job requisition to offer negotiation
- Utilize cutting-edge ATS tools and social media platforms for talent acquisition

Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume recruitment experience in a staffing agency environment

- Strong negotiation and closing skills with executive-level candidates
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, Bullhorn)

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
