Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent client requirements
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake to placement
- Build and maintain strong client relationships in Boston's key industries
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Conduct candidate interviews and skill assessments
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS system
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or agency recruitment experience
- Proven track record in high-volume hiring environments
- Expertise in sourcing technical and professional roles
- Strong knowledge of Boston's job market and industry trends
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field
