Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client needs
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skill assessments
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication
- Manage candidate pipelines using Applicant Tracking Systems
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles
- Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring workflows
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruiting experience
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment
- Expertise in candidate sourcing (LinkedIn, Boolean searches, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of San Diego's job market dynamics
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
