Responsibilities
- Source and engage technical talent across engineering, data science, and product design roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment pipeline from requisition to onboarding
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at top SF tech companies
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and niche platforms
- Conduct technical screenings and coordinate interview logistics
- Optimize recruitment metrics: time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, and candidate quality
- Maintain accurate ATS data and generate weekly recruitment analytics
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruitment experience in Bay Area market
- Proven track record closing mid-to-senior level tech roles
- Expert knowledge of SF tech ecosystem and competitive compensation trends
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday preferred)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage high-volume requisitions in fast-paced environment
- Technical understanding of software development lifecycle and tools
