Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across multiple industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from intake to placement
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using ATS and social platforms
- Exceed monthly KPIs for submissions and placements
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging talent trends
- Collaborate with sales team to drive new business opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years in staffing, recruitment, or agency sales
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding placement targets
- Expert knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in high-volume environment
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
