Responsibilities
- Spearhead full-cycle recruitment for diverse industries including tech, healthcare, and finance
- Build and nurture a robust pipeline of passive candidates through targeted sourcing
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and skill assessments to ensure perfect matches
- Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
- Leverage CRM tools to track metrics and optimize recruitment processes
- Represent our agency at local networking events and industry conferences

Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven recruitment experience in a staffing or agency environment
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates across LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche platforms
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven recruitment approach
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Bullhorn or Jobvite
