Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume recruitment strategies to identify, screen, and place qualified candidates for diverse client positions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients (hiring managers) to understand their unique staffing needs and culture.
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding candidates.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms to proactively source passive talent.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding our client base and market share in the Dallas metroplex.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and salary benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or talent acquisition (immediate hires with strong transferable skills are encouraged).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and placement targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship building.
- Proficiency in using CRM and ATS software (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a strong sense of urgency.
