- Develop strategic partnerships with 15+ key San Antonio employers
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from offer to onboarding
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies
- Maintain 95% candidate satisfaction metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years agency/corporate recruiting experience
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- SHRM-CP or CERS certification preferred
- Proven track record in high-volume placements
- Strong understanding of San Antonio talent market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
