Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries including tech, healthcare, and finance
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of passive candidates for high-demand roles
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates with client requirements
- Develop and nurture strategic relationships with corporate clients in the Raleigh-Durham area
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including offer negotiation and onboarding support
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
- Collaborate with marketing team to enhance employer branding and candidate outreach
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency environment
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in technical or professional roles
- Expertise in sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Talent, etc.) and ATS systems
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with client-facing experience
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret hiring trends and client needs
- Professional (PHR/SPHR) or SHRM certification preferred
- Valid North Carolina driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
