Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
- Screen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Provide market intelligence and salary benchmarking data to clients.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends in the Sacramento workforce.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Greenhouse).
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of leads and candidates.
