Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for various open positions using multiple channels.
- Conduct thorough phone screens and in-person interviews to assess cultural fit and skills.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential hires for client accounts.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from requisition to placement and onboarding.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical and soft skill requirements.
- Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and social media platforms for proactive sourcing.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruitment, or sales is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven, and high-volume environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client site visits.
