Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from initial sourcing and screening to interviewing and placing top-tier candidates in permanent roles.
- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to meet client hiring demands and build a robust talent pipeline.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor on workforce planning and market trends.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including social media networking, Boolean search, and industry networking events.
- Conduct in-depth candidate assessments and provide market feedback to ensure a seamless placement experience.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand our footprint in the Atlanta market.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales within the Atlanta metropolitan area.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and placement targets in a commission-driven environment.
