Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including tech, healthcare, and finance
- Develop and maintain robust client relationships through proactive communication and strategic partnerships
- Execute full-cycle recruitment including job postings, interviews, and offer negotiations
- Leverage cutting-edge ATS technology and innovative sourcing techniques to build talent pipelines

Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or recruitment experience with proven track record in volume hiring
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, and placement
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with C-suite to entry-level
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret recruitment metrics and market data
- Valid Arizona driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
- SHRM-SCP or CSCP certification preferred
