Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client needs
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications
- Manage applicant tracking system and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to fill client positions
- Participate in recruitment events and networking activities
- Meet weekly/monthly KPIs for candidate placements
Qualifications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
