Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates for Fortune 500 companies and innovative startups
- Develop and maintain robust pipelines of passive candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and networking
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments to ensure cultural fit and technical proficiency
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from requisition to offer acceptance
- Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers to understand evolving talent needs
- Analyze market trends and salary benchmarks to inform recruitment strategies
- Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling job descriptions and employer branding content
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume recruitment experience in agency or corporate environments
- Proven track record of closing 15+ placements monthly with retention rates above 85%
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to negotiate complex offers
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Multilingual capabilities (Spanish/Portuguese) highly valued
