Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across IT, healthcare, manufacturing, and administrative sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies leveraging social media, job boards, and networking
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skills assessments to match candidates with ideal roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job requisition to onboarding
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic workforce solutions to clients
- Maintain accurate candidate and client data in our CRM system
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with proven track record
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong knowledge of Louisville's job market and key industries
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
