Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries (IT, Healthcare, Finance, Logistics)
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from intake to placement
- Develop deep client relationships to understand staffing needs
- Drive revenue generation through strategic contract negotiations
- Leverage our proprietary CRM to track metrics and optimize workflows
- Represent Elite Staffing at local networking events and job fairs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement quotas
- Expertise in sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong sales aptitude with commission-driven mindset
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred
