Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for open requisitions across multiple industries.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying talent to delivering the offer letter.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and hiring managers to understand their needs.
- Negotiate contracts and compensation packages to ensure high placement rates and candidate satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify passive talent and expand our talent pipeline.
- Track daily activities and consistently meet weekly targets for new placements and active candidates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience in sales or recruitment is accepted.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting tools.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client site visits.
