Responsibilities
- Source, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates for temporary and direct-hire positions.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent using various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking).
- Manage the full cycle of the recruitment process, from requisition to onboarding.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Conduct market research to stay competitive in the Miami job market.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or HR is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage a high volume of daily tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse) is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to hit targets and close placements.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for on-site client meetings).
