Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, social media, and direct outreach.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their unique staffing needs.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews and assessments to ensure cultural and technical fit.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a seamless transition.
- Track key metrics and provide weekly reporting on recruitment activities and pipeline health.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in staffing, recruiting, or talent acquisition (Immediate Hire candidates with strong sales backgrounds are encouraged to apply).
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and placement targets.
- Strong proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
