As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in our growth strategy, managing the full lifecycle of recruitment—from sourcing and screening to placing candidates in high-quality positions. You will work directly with local businesses to understand their needs and deliver solutions that drive their success.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing and recruiting candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach.
- Screening and interviewing applicants to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Administrative duties, including data entry, reporting, and maintaining accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Conducting market research to identify trends and competitive advantages for our clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales (internal or external).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment metrics and sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies, sourcing techniques, and interview practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high degree of professionalism.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the New Orleans metro area.
