Responsibilities
- Source and recruit candidates through various channels, including social media, networking, and job boards.
- Screen, interview, and assess potential candidates to match them with open positions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and pipeline metrics.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and compensation rates.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth through successful placements.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales (entry-level candidates with high energy considered).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and placement targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
