Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top talent for client positions.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking) to build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Conduct in-depth behavioral and technical interviews to assess cultural fit and technical proficiency.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Manage the entire placement process, including salary negotiations and offer management.
- Market the company brand to attract passive candidates and new business clients.
- Analyze market trends to recommend competitive compensation strategies to clients.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Salesforce).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
