Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in full-time roles with Fortune 500 clients
- Develop deep industry expertise in technology, healthcare, or finance verticals
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to candidate onboarding
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with hiring managers and HR departments
- Analyze market trends to inform competitive compensation strategies
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through exceptional communication and follow-up
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize candidate attraction channels
Qualifications
- 5+ years of corporate or agency recruiting experience with full-time placements
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quarterly placement targets
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse or Workday preferred) and data-driven mindset
- Strong network of passive candidates in NC's tech or healthcare sectors
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, commission-based environment
