Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified technical candidates across software engineering, DevOps, and data science roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including screening, interviews, and offer negotiations
- Develop deep relationships with hiring managers at client companies
- Implement creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech communities
- Maintain accurate candidate pipelines in our ATS system
- Analyze market trends to provide competitive insights to clients
- Mentor junior recruiters on industry best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience with a staffing agency
- Proven track record of closing senior-level engineering roles
- Expert knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search)
- Strong understanding of tech stacks (Java, Python, AWS, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
