Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruitment for software engineering, data science, and DevOps roles across Manhattan and Brooklyn
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using Boolean search, GitHub, and niche technical platforms
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at top NYC tech companies
- Conduct technical candidate assessments and coordinate interview logistics
- Manage candidate pipelines and optimize ATS workflows for maximum efficiency
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop employer branding initiatives
- Analyze market trends and provide insights on competitive compensation packages
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience with proven placement record
- Deep understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum)
- Expertise in technical interview processes and evaluation frameworks
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Strong network within NYC's tech ecosystem
- Certified Technical Recruiter (CTR) or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical requirements
- Experience with diversity recruitment initiatives and inclusive hiring practices
