Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across Milwaukee's corporate landscape
- Sourc, screen, and place qualified candidates in permanent and contract positions
- Develop strategic recruitment plans aligned with client hiring needs
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including interviews, negotiations, and onboarding
- Analyze market trends to position candidates competitively
- Utilize ATS and CRM systems to track recruitment metrics
- Contribute to team growth through mentorship and process innovation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing/recruitment experience in Milwaukee market
- Proven track record of meeting sales and placement targets
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Strong understanding of Milwaukee's industry landscape
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license with reliable transportation
