Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5+ years in agency/staffing recruitment with proven track record in Louisville market
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn) with data-driven approach
- Strong network within Louisville's healthcare, logistics, and manufacturing sectors
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
