Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent technical and healthcare roles across Austin
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: from client intake to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Leverage ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday) to track pipelines and metrics
- Build strategic partnerships with hiring managers at Austin-based companies
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews with precision and professionalism

Qualifications
- 1-3 years of agency or corporate recruiting experience
- Proven success in high-volume, urgent hiring environments
