- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Source and screen resumes using applicant tracking systems
- Update and maintain candidate databases with accurate information
- Assist with job postings across multiple recruitment platforms
- Conduct preliminary phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications
- Support client relationship management through regular communication
- Prepare weekly recruitment activity reports for the team
- Attend industry networking events to expand talent pipeline
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or customer service
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
