Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize various channels to identify and attract qualified candidates for open positions.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit and salary expectations.
- Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for both candidates and hiring managers, maintaining strong relationships.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and salary benchmarks to ensure competitive placement.
- Onboarding Support: Guide candidates through the interview process and assist with onboarding paperwork.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate candidate databases and update CRM systems.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: No prior recruitment experience is necessary; we provide full training.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Attitude: Proactive, resilient, and eager to learn and grow within the industry.
- Tools: Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
