Responsibilities
- Screen and qualify candidates through phone and in-person interviews
- Coordinate interview logistics between clients and candidates
- Maintain accurate candidate and client databases in ATS systems
- Support recruitment marketing campaigns across digital channels
- Conduct market research to identify top talent pools
- Assist with onboarding processes for new hires
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to fill urgent client needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
