Responsibilities
- Screen and qualify candidates through phone screenings and resume reviews
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data and maintain candidate pipelines
- Assist with job posting optimization across multiple platforms
- Conduct market research to identify passive candidates and industry trends
- Support onboarding processes for placed candidates

Qualifications
- Associate's degree or 1+ years of customer service/administrative experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
