Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for technical and non-technical roles using LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Update and manage applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate data
- Assist with crafting compelling job descriptions and employer branding content
- Conduct preliminary phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to optimize recruitment strategies and processes
Qualifications
- Recent graduate or 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or customer-facing roles
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with professional phone etiquette
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and time management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for technology and understanding of SF's competitive talent landscape
- Valid work authorization in the United States
